Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fill The Mats website (www.fillthemats.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or services.

Services Description

Fill The Mats provides martial arts marketing services including but not limited to:

• Digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Website design and development
• Marketing strategy and consultation
• Lead generation and follow-up automation

Service Agreement

Month-to-Month Terms

Our standard service agreements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. Additional advertising spend is billed separately and paid directly to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).

Refund Policy

Services are provided on a monthly basis. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our 90-Day Enrollment Growth Promise.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal results, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
• Maintain quality instruction and customer service at their school
• Implement recommended trial-to-enrollment processes
• Provide feedback on campaigns and strategies

Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, strategies, and content created by Fill The Mats remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use materials created specifically for their school during the term of service.

Results and Guarantees

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, marketing success depends on many factors including:

• Local market conditions
• Competition in your area
• Quality of your instruction and facilities
• Trial class experience and enrollment processes
• Advertising budget and timeline

Our 90-Day Enrollment Growth Promise is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in individual service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Fill The Mats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Access to proprietary systems and strategies will be revoked
• Clients retain ownership of their business data and contact lists
• Active advertising campaigns will be transferred or paused as directed

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
